If you’re not satisfied with your Wellphases Pro purchase, we’re happy to help. Refund eligibility depends on how you purchased.

Website purchases (one-time passes)

Pro purchased on our website is a one-time pass (one month or one year). Passes never auto-renew — there are no future charges to cancel; your pass simply ends on its own.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you’re not satisfied within this period, contact us at support@wellphases.com with your order confirmation details and we will process a full refund.

After 14 days, the remaining pass time is non-refundable. Your Pro access continues until the end of the pass period.

Apple App Store purchases

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We are unable to process refunds for these purchases directly.

To request a refund, follow Apple’s instructions.

To cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.

Google Play purchases

Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled through Google. We are unable to process refunds for these purchases directly.

To cancel your subscription, go to Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions on your device.

Free tier

The free tier of Wellphases does not involve any payment and is not subject to this refund policy.
